Hotel Elegance - Sumperk

Spent New Year's Eve and days at this hotel, and it was fantastic! The breakfast had a diverse selection of foods, a good start for a day filled with activities. The spa was excellent, and the pool was just stunning, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The hotel location was ideal, located close to popular tourist spots and essential amenities. Plus, the friendly staff made our stay remarkable.

The bed was too hard and uncomfortable, giving us a restless night of sleep. the noise level was a bit high, and we could hear talking from neighboring rooms.

Rooms open to a terrace. Wi-Fi was available ; the breakfast was extensive. Incredibly FRIENDLY staff.

The location was bad.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, providing ample space for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all of us. We were pleased to find a separate bed for our child as well. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and refreshing. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was remarkably quiet during the night, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. The breakfast, although with a limited selection, offered high-quality options that satisfied our taste buds. The staff at the reception were not only pleasant but also helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant experience throughout our stay.

During my Christmas stay, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. I also appreciated the location as it was near a shopping area where I could purchase last-minute gifts. Their breakfast spread was also satisfactory.

The stay was marred by the uncomfortable, rock-hard beds. the noise from outside was too loud and interrupted my precious sleep.

Good facilities, central location, helpful staff, clean and tidy hotel, spacious and clean room, comfortable beds.

All my needs were met! The hotel was sparkling clean, had nice facilities, easy transportation. The breakfast was tasty, and staff very accommodating.
